Which stainless tube is better for nuclear power asme sa213 tp316 tube or ASTM a269 tp 316 tube?

The sa213 can have relatively higher wall thickness than the a269 specification of tubes. The sa213 tubes can range up to 12.7mm where the a269 tubes can only range up to 4mm. The nuclear power stations operate under high temperatures and pressures. The higher the wall thickness, the higher the pressure containment capacities will be. On the other hand, the sa213 tubes are seamless and more accurate in dimensions where the a269 tubes are welded and not so accurate. Even with the less accuracy and welded production, the a269 pipes can handle more pressure and heat than the tubes under sa213 specifications. So the a269 tubes are better for nuclear power plant applications.
